We accept a wide range of prepaid payment methods for all orders:

• UPI Payments: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI apps.

• Net Banking: Supported across all major Indian banks.

Important Notes:

• Prepaid Orders Only: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be fully paid at the time of checkout before processing and dispatch.

• Wallets & EMI: We currently do not accept e-wallet payments or EMI options.

2. Currency, Pricing & Taxes

• Currency: All product prices and transaction charges are listed and billed in Indian Rupees (INR – ₹).

• Inclusive Pricing: All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). There are no hidden fees added during checkout beyond standard shipping costs (if applicable).

3. Secure Transactions & Data Privacy

Your online security is our top priority.

• SSL Encryption: Our website uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data during checkout.

• Secure Gateways: All payments are processed through trusted, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways.

• No Stored Payment Details: Namgems does not store or collect your full credit/debit card details, UPI PINs, or banking passwords on our servers.

4. Failed Transactions & Refunds

In rare cases, a payment transaction may fail or get interrupted, but money may still be debited from your bank account:

• Auto-Reversal: In most cases, the payment gateway or bank automatically detects the failed order and reverses the transaction within 3 to 5 business days.

• Order Verification: If your account was debited but you did not receive an order confirmation from Namgems, please hold onto your payment reference/transaction ID and contact us immediately.
