At Namgems, we are committed to delivering your gemstones and fine jewelry safely, securely, and in a timely manner. All shipments are packaged with extreme care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

• Standard Orders: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

• Custom & Special Orders: Specially ordered gemstones, customized cuts, or personalized jewelry pieces require additional crafting and inspection time. Estimated delivery timelines for custom orders will be communicated individually upon order placement.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer both domestic shipping across India and international delivery options.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Orders above ₹999: FREE Standard Shipping.

• Orders below ₹999: Flat shipping fee of ₹99 per order.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

International Shipping

• We ship internationally! International shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and shipment weight.

• Note: Any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking details via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp.

• You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your package’s journey in real time on our courier partner’s platform.

4. Packaging, Transit Insurance & Security

• Fully Insured Shipments: To protect your valuable purchases, all shipments from Namgems are 100% insured during transit until they reach your delivery address.

• Tamper-Evident Packaging: We use secure, tamper-evident packaging for all high-value items.

• Important Notice: If you receive a package that appears damaged, unsealed, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package. Report the issue to the delivery driver immediately and contact our support team.
